On Monday the Court issued additional orders from its January 6 Conference. (Lyle covered the Court’s initial orders from that Conference on Friday.) Lyle covered the order affirming the decision below in Bluman v. FEC here.
This week, the Court heard the first oral arguments of the new year, including arguments in the Texas redistricting cases.
On Tuesday the Court issued four opinions. On Wednesday the Court issued three more opinions.
