The Court will hear oral arguments in two cases today. SCOTUSblog reporter Lyle Denniston previewed the first case, Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders, for us last week, while Kevin Johnson, Dean of the UC Davis School of Law, previewed the second case, Judulang v. Holder. Today’s oral arguments are the last ones scheduled until October 31, when the Court’s November sitting will begin.
