Event announcement: Health care and Term preview/review

The National Law Journal and the Legal Times are hosting a panel discussion on the litigation relating to the Affordable Care Act. The panel – which will include former Assistant to the Solicitor General Lisa Blatt (now with Arnold & Porter), former Solicitor General Paul Clement (now with Bancroft PLLC), and former Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal (now with Hogan Lovells) – will also review the Court’s most recent Term and preview the upcoming Term. Tony Mauro of the National Law Journal and ALM will moderate at the event, which will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21 at the Jack Morton Auditorium at George Washington University. More information and registration details are available here.
