Event announcement: “Fast Talkâ€

On Thursday, September 8 at 4 p.m., the Georgetown University Law Center’s Supreme Court Institute will host a screening of “Fast Talk,†a documentary film about college debate. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion, which will explore the impact of debate on advocacy before courts, including the Supreme Court.  The panel – which will be moderated by Lisa Blatt of Arnold & Porter – will include Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh of the D.C. Circuit, former Solicitor General Paul Clement, former Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, Kellogg, Huber partner David Frederick, and SCOTUSblog founder Thomas Goldstein. The event will take place at the Hart Auditorium; for more information, please contact rsvp2@law.georgetown.edu.
