Announcing symposium on arbitration and the Court
In our final symposium before the October Term begins, guest contributors (listed below in alphabetical order) will consider questions relating to the Court’s Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) jurisprudence, as well as the impact of several of the Court’s recent decisions on the arbitration process. Over the next two weeks, our contributors will examine topics ranging from the lower courts’ response to the Court’s decision in AT&T v. Concepcion and the possibility that Congress might effectively reverse Concepcion by passing the Arbitration Fairness Act to the application of the FAA to wills and trusts.
