Event: Judicial activism reconsidered

The National Constitution Center, located in Philadelphia, will host a discussion on the history of judicial activism. Judge Kent Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Professor Geoffrey Stone, a visiting scholar at the Center, will serve as panelists, debating the proper role of the judiciary and the ways in which judges influence public policy.
Audience members will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions. This event is free, but reservations are required.
