The Court granted certiorari in two cases this morning, Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders (No. 10-945) and Greene v. Fisher (No. 10-637). The Court also granted a motion for leave to file a petition in Kansas v. Nebraska (No. 126 Original), a water dispute between Kansas and Nebraska and Colorado. There were no calls for the views of the Acting Solicitor General. The Court also granted the petition in Reno v. Conn, vacated the decision below, and remanded  the case to the Ninth Circuit for reconsideration in light of last week’s decision in Connick v.
