This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to release orders from its November 23 Conference. (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will be covering those orders on the blog.
The Court is also expected to release opinions this week, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, and we will be covering these opinions with a “live blog.”
Also this week, the Court begins hearing arguments for its December sitting; we have begun posting argument previews.
On Monday, the Court will hear Wall v. Kholi (09-868) and Walker v. Martin (09-996).
On Tuesday, the Court will hear CIGNA Corp. v. Amara (09-804) and Schwarzenegger v. Plata (09-1233).
On Wednesday, the Court will hear Milner v. Department of the Navy (09-1163) and Virginia Office of Protection and Advocacy v. Stewart (09-529).
