This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to hand down at least one decision (though it may simply be a notation that the judgment in a case is affirmed by an equally divided Court), and the Justices will also release orders from their November 12 Conference. (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will be covering Monday’s opinions and orders in a live-blog.
The Justices are not scheduled to meet for a Conference this week, and no oral arguments are scheduled to take place. The next Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 23, and oral arguments are scheduled to resume on Monday, November 29.
