Senate Judiciary Committee vote on Kagan

As the Blog of the Legal Times reports, Senator Leahy has scheduled a vote on Elena Kagan’s confirmation in the Senate Judiciary Committee on July 13.  That means we will likely see a vote on July 20, because the Republicans can — and probably will — push back the schedule by a week.
