Although no orders or opinions were issued last week by the Court, we have updated our sister site, SCOTUSwiki, to include a number of new filings in OT10 cases. New petitioners’ briefs were added to the case pages for Costco v. Omega, Staub v. Proctor Hospital, and United States v. Tohono O’Odham Nation, and the respondents’ brief has been added to the case page for Snyder v. Phelps; we have also added new amicus briefs to the case pages for Belleque v. Moore and Flores-Villar v. United States. In addition, we have continued to add ongoing media and blogosphere updates to the wiki pages for individual cases.
