Event: The Departure and Replacement of Stevens

On Thursday, May 6 at 2 p.m., the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia will host a panel called “Leaving a Legacy: The Departure and Replacement of Justice John Paul Stevens.” Â The speakers, below, include six professors at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Â One, Deborah Pearlstein, clerked for Justice Stevens in October Term 1999 and earlier wrote for SCOTUSblog’s thirty-day series on the Justice.
