Today at the Court
on Apr 28, 2010 at 8:15 am
This morning, shortly after 10 a.m. Eastern, the Court will convene to hear what is expected to be the final oral argument of the 2009 October Term: Doe #1 v. Reed (09-559).  At issue in the case is whether ballot initiative petition signers have a right to protect their identities from public disclosure.  Lyle Denniston discussed the issues in the case in depth here.  Several minutes after the argument begins, we will post podcasts we recorded earlier with counsel on both sides of the case who will be arguing before the Court.
Before the argument, promptly at 10 a.m., we expect one or more opinions, and we will be live blogging for them.
