Panel on honest services fraud

Tomorrow at 9 a.m., the Washington Legal Foundation and the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers will co-host a panel discussion on prosecutors’ interpretation and enforcement of the “honest services fraud” statute at issue in two cases the Court will hear next week, Black v. United States and Weyhrauch v. United States. The panelists are:
