On Friday the Justices will hold a private conference, orders from which are expected on Monday.
Today Justices Scalia and Breyer will publicly discuss constitutional and statutory principles of interpretation together at the University of Arizona. The event will be broadcast live on PBS World starting at 11:30 a.m. PST. More details are available here.
