Solicitor General amicus briefs in OT09 cases

The Solicitor General has recently filed the following merit stage amicus briefs for cases to be argued in the upcoming Term. As we began to do at the end of last Term, we’ll continue to note the SG’s involvement in cert and merit stage cases and post the briefs.
