On Friday we filed this reply brief in No. 08-514, Mitchell v. Rees, which will be on the Court’s February 27, 2009 conference. The case presents the question whether a federal court may grant relief under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(6) in a case involving, among other things, legal error. Paul Bottei, of the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Nashville, is co-counsel with us.Â
