Today’s issue of The Christian Science Monitor featured two pieces on DC v. Heller. Warren Richey’s article is here, along with Ellis Washington’s commentary on the “reasonable person” standard as it relates to today’s argument.
Don Campbell’s commentary for USA Today, here, points to issues that he believes will not be resolved by the decision in D.C. v. Heller, whatever the outcome.
