Argument Preview: Chamber of Commerce v. Brown

In the second case on Wednesday, No. 06-939, Chamber of Commerce v. Brown, the Court will consider whether a California statute that prohibits employers who receive state funding from using those funds to “assist, promote, or deter union organizing” is pre-empted by the National Labor Relations Act.
