New StatPack Available

A new StatPack, updated to reflect recent action at the Court, is available here.

With 66 granted cases, two cases dismissed before argument, and one original case argued this Term, a total of 65 cases have either already been argued or are slated for argument during OT07 (see the case index here).  We’ll have a full analysis of the OT07 docket at the conclusion of the January sitting, since it is possible that additional cases will still be added to it.
