At 10 a.m., the Court is expected to release orders, including grants of certiorari, from its private conference on Friday. We will provide coverage as soon as the orders are made available.
The Court is scheduled to hear oral argument at 10 a.m. in Waston v. United States (06-571) and at 11 a.m. in Stoneridge v. Scientific-Atlanta (06-43).
The government’s brief (of up to 75 pages) is due today in the consolidated detainee cases of Boumediene v. Bush (06-1195) and Al Odah v. United States (06-1196).
