A series of panels are scheduled in Washington this week to preview the Court’s upcoming term.
This morning, Georgetown University Law Center held a press briefing that featured professors Neal Katyal, Donald Langevoort, Randy Barnett, David Vladeck and Richard Lazarus. Professor Susan Low Bloch moderated. To view a webcast of the event, click here.
On Wednesday, the American Constitution Society will host a panel at noon at the National Press Club featuring Katyal, Christopher Landau of Kirkland & Ellis, Virginia Seitz of Sidley Austin, Paul Smith of Jenner & Block, and Professor Carol Steiker of Harvard Law School.
