This article in the Sacramento Bee maintains that, in the wake of Chief Justice Roberts’ seizure and with four justices over the age of 70, “judicial infirmity is the elephant in the room.”

According to this AP article, a Pell Research Center poll found that fifty-seven percent of Americans surveyed view the Supreme Court favorably, down from seventy-two percent in January.
