The April hearing list is now up on the Court’s website (here). It looks like Kellogg Huber’s David Frederick will be busy over the next ten days or so, as he’s arguing both the first case of the sitting (No. 05-85, Powerex Corp. v. Reliant Energy) and the last one (No. 05-1284, Watson v. Philip Morris).
