Today at the Supreme Court: 11/8/06

The Court will hear two abortion-related arguments today beginning at 10 AM eastern. First, it will hear one hour of argument in Gonzales v. Carhart followed by one hour of argument in Gonzales v. Planned Parenthood (the two cases are previewed here).
The Court will release audio tapes and transcripts of argument for both arguments today, and we will link to them when they are available. As explained in this post, no decisions are expected to be announced today.
