“December” Hearing List

This is the hearing list for the ten arguments in the session beginning this morning. The Solicitor General is arguing next Monday in both of the cases involving race-conscious K-12 admissions. Deputy SG Greg Garre is arguing the important EPA v. Massachusetts case next Tuesday. Our summary of all the cases to be argued in this sitting can be found here.
