December Argument Calendar

The Supreme Court has posted the argument schedule for the session beginning November 27, 2006 here.
Of note, the Court has set a date of Monday, December 4 to hear both of the highly-anticipated cases dealing with racial balancing programs in public schools, Parents Involved v. Seattle Schools and Meredith v. Jefferson County.
