Next Thursday, September 14, the Cato Institute will hold an event entitled “The Supreme Court: Past and Prologue.” More details, including a complete schedule, can be found here.
In addition, Peter B. Rutledge has written a paper called “Looking Ahead: October Term 2006.” It will be included in the forthcoming Cato Institute Supreme Court Review, but it can also be found here on SSRN.
