On June 19, 2006, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down major – but splintered – decisions in two widely watched wetlands cases, Rapanos v. United States (04-1034) and Carabell v. Army Corps of Engineers (04-1384). Please join a panel of experts for a discussion of the legal significance of these decisions and their implications for federal regulatory policy and for the balance between federal and state authority over wetlands.
