Yet Another Invitation Brief

The Solicitor General has filed another invitation brief, this time recommending that cert. be granted, in No. 04-1350, KSR International v. Teleflex, which deals with patent obviousness. The six invitation briefs previously filed by the Solicitor General this month had all recommended that cert. be denied.
