Update: Tennessee Lethal Injection Challenge

The Tennessean reports here that Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen has “reluctantly” granted a fifteen-day postponement of Sedley Alley’s execution, which was originally scheduled to take place tomorrow at 1 a.m.
