Yesterday we filed this reply brief in No. 05-1036, Abdur’Rahman v. Bredesen. As my earlier post explained, the case challenges the constitutionality of Tennessee’s lethal injection protocol. We also filed this supplemental brief today that discusses the problems with yesterday’s execution by lethal injection in Ohio.
