The Court issued the following opinion today:

No. 04-631, Wagnon v. Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, reversed 7-2, per Justice Thomas. Justice Ginsburg dissented, joined by Justice Kennedy.

The Court will be issuing one or more further opinions from argued cases tomorrow.
