Interview with Justice Breyer

Yesterday, Nina Totenberg interviewed Justice Breyer for NPR. They discussed his new book “Active Liberty: Interpreting our Democratic Constitution.” In it, Justice Breyer outlines his judicial philosophy, and makes the argument that his is in fact a more democratic philosophy than that of his peers Justice Scalia and Thomas.
