The Justices met today in their penultimate conference for granting cases for the Term. I wrote about the leading petitions on that Conference here. (Another case I’m watching is 04-8664, Colburn v. United States (which as been relisted twice).) Orders will be announced Monday. Opinions will be announced that day too. The Court may add another opinion day next week, but it hasn’t announced whether it will for sure.
