One More Likely Grant

Thanks to Ted Metzler of Covington & Burling for letting me know that one other petition with an excellent chance of being granted was moved up on the Court’s calendar — No. 04-1495, Hartman v. Moore — because the brief in opposition was filed early. The SG’s petition in Hartman addresses the elements of a First Amendment retaliatory prosecution claim.
