As I previously suggested we were considering, we’ve created a separate sister blog to accommodate intensive exchanges on particular topics like last week’s Raich festival. The goal is to provide a forum for great discussions like that without letting them dominate SCOTUSblog on any given day. The new blog is at www.scotusblog.com/discussion. It’s empty (except for a test post) now. We’re presently lining up participants for the 10 Commandments cases, Kelo, and Grokster. As posts go up on the discussion blog, we’ll post reminder notices here as well.
