Thanks so much for the emails and comments on how we might better acknowledge the excellent commentary that other blogs often have about the Court. I’ve experimented with various search engines that look just at blogs. The problem is that “Supreme Court” is such a ubiquitous term in postings that it is too time consuming to separate wheat from chaff.
Instead, for the time being, we’re going to develop a top-twenty five (or so) list of blogs that regularly discuss the Court and look there regularly for links. If you there are blogs you think should be considered (including your own) please note them as comments. Then, when we post our weekly “round up” of blog commentary, we’ll invite readers to add links to others in comments to our post.
