February/March Hearing List

Here is the list of attorneys who will be appearing in the ten oral arguments of the session beginning tomorrow. Acting Solicitor General Paul Clement will be arguing for the United States as amicus curiae in support of the constitutionality of the Ten Commandments displays in both cases raising that question on Wednesday, March 2d.
