No oral arguments are scheduled this week.
The Court will be closed Monday in observance of the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
On Tuesday, the Justices will release the remaining orders from their private conference on Friday. The Court may also release one or more opinions on the merits.
In granted cases, supplemental briefs are due by 2 p.m. Friday in Dada v. Mukasey (06-1181). Petitioners’ briefs are due Tuesday in the consolidated cases of Munaf v. Geren (06-1666) and Geren v. Omar (07-394), Burgess v. United States (06-11429), Florida Dept. of Revenue v. Piccadilly Cafeterias (07-312), and United States v. Ressam (07-455). The respondent’s brief is due Tuesday in Exxon v. Baker (07-219). The petitioner’s reply brief is due Tuesday in Gomez-Perez v. Potter (06-1321).
