Stay of Execution Filings

UPDATE:  The Court has denied the application for stay of execution.  The order is available here.

Today we briefed a request for a stay of an execution in Steve Henley v. George Little, et al .  Our Application, No 08A667, is here, the State of Tennessee’s response is here, and our Reply is here.

Mr. Henley is scheduled to be executed on February 4 at 1:00 a.m. (C.S.T.).
