Event announcement: Cato panel on Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky

On February 22 at 12 p.m., the Cato Institute will host a panel discussion on Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, a First Amendment case that will be argued before the Supreme Court on February 28. Panelists include Wen Fa, Ginger Anders and Trevor Burrus; Ilya Shapiro will moderate.
