On October 25 the Claremont Institute and the Federalist Society will co-host two panel discussions on the jurisprudence of Justice Clarence Thomas’s 25 years on the court. Speakers will include legal scholars, former Thomas clerks, and members of the appellate bar. On October 26 at 12 p.m., the National Constitution Center will host a panel discussion on “The Supreme Court in Transition” with legal journalists Robert Barnes, Lincoln Caplan, and Marcia Coyle.
