This morning we expect one or more opinions in argued cases. We will begin live blogging shortly before 10:00.
Following opinions, the Court will hear oral arguments in two cases. In the first case, Vasquez v. United States, the Court will consider the harmless error rule articulated in Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 52(a) and 28 U.S.C. § 2111. Tejinder Singh previewed the case for the blog.
In the second case, Reichle v. Howards, the Court will consider when a citizen may sue a federal officer for allegedly retaliating against that individual for exercising free speech. Lyle Denniston has previewed the case for the blog.
